Mission

FOCUS Foundation seeks to train Haitian orphans and disadvantaged children through education and example in a Christian environment in order to prepare them for leadership in God’s kingdom and in their community by teaching them to apply biblical principles to every sphere of life, including, within a safe living environment: training in education, social skills, family life, community involvement, health care, a practical trade, agriculture, and financial planning.

FOCUS Foundation is an opportunity of change for Haiti. It is a Christian based home providing food, clothing, shelter and education for disadvantaged children. In addition to academics, FOCUS Foundation focuses on health care, family, and community life, social and economic skills, agricultural training and preparation for a practical trade. FOCUS Foundation gives children life skills and values for a brighter future for themselves and their community.

Focus Foundation mission is to be a tool used by God to change the lives of so many in Haiti. We strongly believe that with the help of networking ministries and prayer partners, FOCUS will grow to become a force to proclaim the Word of God and change the lives of so many families and individuals in a way that we don’t even comprehend at this time. With the help of God, we will raise and teach the present generation to be Godly, ministry-minded motivated leaders, with the end result of increasing the quality of life.

Our Vision

FOCUS International Foundation of Haiti is a Christ- centered model of ministry that assist in the transformation of individuals and families in the communities.

​

  • A place where people’s emotional, economical & spiritual needs are met.

  • An effective and efficient organization.

  • We will build and facilitate a Christ-centered home, school and training center for the disadvantaged population of Haiti. The home will house selected children until they reach an age of maturity. The training center will include a trade/ technical school, as well as a department to teach and train the people how to become Godly parents and community minded individuals. We will implement programs to teach responsible agricultural practices, financial planning, as well as personal hygiene and health care. The entire program will be biblically based and centered on the Lord Jesus Christ.

Our Objective

Our objective is to work closely with the different departments and organizations that are in contact with the youths, like the health dept, schools, churches, youth groups, scouts etc. Have frequent outreach in the communities, locate the needs and work it up from that point.. Your dream has to be bigger than you so that God can get involved. He is the God of the impossible. Whatever you can do on your own, you do not need His help, but when it’s something so big that you cannot even imagine it can happen, that’s when He gets involved and gets the glory.
